1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of NorVekAI. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

2. Refund Conditions and Fair Use

Refunds apply only to the first subscription payment. Important: refunds are eligible only if you have used less than 10% of your plan limit, such as analyzing no more than 5 resumes. If you exceed that threshold, the service is considered fully rendered and no refund will be provided. Refunds are not provided for later subscription renewals unless you canceled before the renewal date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@norvek.ai from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to platform features until the end of your paid billing period.
